EverCutz runs three shops in North Dallas: a barbershop and a beauty salon side by side at 525 W Arapaho Rd in Richardson, TX, and a barbershop and hair salon at 104 N Murphy Rd in Murphy, TX. This policy covers evercutz.com: what it collects, why, who helps us handle it and the choices you have. Booking on Booksy, our social media pages and other sites we link to have their own policies.

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. These are the ones evercutz.com uses:

• Your cookie choice

  Saved in your browser for 12 months, so the banner does not ask on every page.

• Analytics: Google Analytics

  Shows us how visitors use the site, in combined reports.

• Advertising: Google Ads

  Tells us when a visit from an ad leads to a call or booking, and lets us show our ads to past visitors.

• Call tracking: CallRail

  Shows a tracking phone number, records the audio of the call, and logs your number, the call time and length, and which page or ad led to the call.

• Embedded content

  Google Maps on our location pages and the Richardson Chamber of Commerce badge load from those companies, which may set their own cookies.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with companies that help us run the business, for these jobs:

• Google: website analytics, advertising and maps
• CallRail: call tracking
• Web3Forms: delivers contact form messages to our inbox
• Booksy: appointment booking
• Our website host: stores the site and its standard server logs

Google explains how it uses information from sites like ours in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. Some US state laws call advertising based on your visits, like remarketing, “targeted advertising” or “sharing”. You can opt out of it by declining cookies.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or our customers' safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

We keep contact form messages only as long as we need them to answer you and keep normal business records. Analytics and call records are kept for the periods set in our Google Analytics and CallRail accounts. Your cookie choice is kept for 12 months.

Kids are welcome in our shops, but this website is meant for adults, and a parent or guardian should book for a child. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

You can:

• Ask to see the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Decline analytics and advertising cookies, and change that choice at any time

You can also turn off personalized Google ads in My Ad Center, and block Google Analytics on every site with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, and the site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No website or online service is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Our pages link to Booksy, Google Maps, our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok pages and the Richardson Chamber of Commerce. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this one does not cover them.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
