Your First Visit to EverCutz: What to Expect

Trying a new barbershop or salon is a small leap of faith. You are handing someone your hair and hoping they listen. This guide covers everything that happens at EverCutz, from picking a shop to the moment you leave the chair, so your first visit holds no surprises.

Pick the shop that fits you

EverCutz has three shops in North Dallas, all open seven days a week from 10 AM to 9 PM.

Not sure which one to pick? See all three shops with maps, hours and directions.

Book online, call or just walk in

Walk-ins are welcome at every location, every day, based on chair availability. If you would rather not wait, book online through the Book Now button on any page, which takes you to the shop's own booking calendar, or call the shop directly.

For color, bridal and longer services, booking ahead is the better choice. Those appointments need a stylist's full attention, and a reserved time makes sure you get it.

Take your time in the chair

Our appointments take longer than a quick-in, quick-out barbershop, and that is on purpose. A haircut and beard service usually runs close to an hour. That time goes into asking what you want, matching it exactly and finishing every detail. If you are waiting for your barber or stylist, the massage chairs in the shop are yours to use.

Bring a photo if you have a look in mind. It is the fastest way to show what you mean by "a little shorter on the sides".

What comes free with every visit

A few things are part of the visit, never an add-on:

  1. A free head massage after your service.
  2. A free face mask. A fresh finish for your skin, on the house.
  3. A final check. Your barber or stylist goes over every detail with you before you leave the chair.

Love it, or you don't pay

Every service at EverCutz is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your cut, you do not pay for it, and the next service is on us. We would rather fix a haircut for free than have anyone leave unhappy.

Before you go

See the full menu for men or women, with each service's starting price and time, then book the one you want. Prices can differ a little between shops, so the service page always shows the current price for your location.

Questions we get about this

Plan for close to an hour for a haircut and beard service. Our barbers and stylists work through every detail with you instead of rushing the chair.
